Our Story
The vision for The StellaMaris Foundation was inspired by my late mother's selfless dedication to helping others, which instilled in me a profound passion for service. Having worked in education, I have seen the challenges faced by students with limited cultural capital, highlighting the need to raise aspirations, increase exposure to new opportunities and foster a sense of belonging. This charity is committed to providing comprehensive support to young individuals, their parents and guardians, ensuring they feel valued and empowered. Our mission is to continue my mother's legacy of compassion and service, making a tangible difference in the lives of the most vulnerable.
Our Values
The StellaMaris Foundation's values are rooted in the Christian faith and the love of God as revealed in the Holy Bible. We are guided by core values of compassion, empowerment, education, inclusivity, integrity, and faith. Our relationship with Christ, the love and grace He shows us, guide our daily lives. We aim to extend this love and grace to others, making a positive impact in their lives by embodying and sharing the compassion and support we receive from God.
Our Objectives
Enhancing well-being by organising recreational and leisure activities that improve the quality of life for disadvantaged children, fostering social welfare.
Supporting parents by providing free holiday childcare, while giving children joyful, creative experiences that build confidence, boost cultural capital, and inspire brighter futures.
Reducing poverty by offering comprehensive support, financial management education, nutritional guidance, essential food and clothing supplies through our soup kitchen and community outreach programs.
Our Impact
62kg + of collected food from Foodiverse thereby saving 137kg+ carbon dioxide
1000+ meals served and 80+ families received grocery parcels at no extra cost ensuring dignity and accessibility and dignity for all participants
Childcare
90+ hours of free childcare , as a result 15 parents remained in employment.
Enrichment

150+ Easter egg given out and craft to take home

3 laptops and 2 iPads donated to support digital inclusion
